Answer:
Hint: You need to Download and install "Replace Pioneer" on windows platform to finish following steps.
1. open "Tools->Batch Runner" menu
2. click "Search Files" button
* set 'filename fileter' to "*.jpg"
* set 'search directory' to "d:\test"
* check option of 'search subdirectory'
* click 'search' button, all jpg files will be listed
* click 'close' when finish
3. check option of 'change output folder', and set following entry to:

4. click 'copy/download' button, done
