The steps for the newer version:
1. open "Tools->Batch Runner" window
2. drag multiple files from "Windows File Browser" to "Batch Runner" window
3. click "Fast Replace" button
select "Load Template" to: "binary file -- add utf-8 BOM"
4. click "Start", done!

Note: your source file should be utf-8, or the target file will be unexpected.
