I have some text with 0x0d 0x0a as end of line, how to batch remove 0x0d?
Answer:
Hint: You need to Download and install "Replace Pioneer" on windows platform to finish following steps.
1. open "Tools->Batch Runner" window 
2. drag multiple files from "windows file browser" to "Batch Runner" window 
3. click "Fast Replace", select Load Template to: "binary file -- convert DOS to UNIX format"  
4. click "Start", done!
