Steps for manual:
1) Select Tools->Encoding->gbk
2) Ctrl+o: Open File
3) Select Tools->Encoding->utf-8
4) Save As File

Steps for Automatically:
1) Ctrl+h: Open Replace Dialog
2) Enter input filename and output filename
3) Select Advanced Page
4) Enter "Run following at the beginning of replace" window:
