Hint: You need to Download and install "Replace Pioneer" on windows platform to finish following steps.
1. open "tools->batch runner" menu 
2. click "search files" button 
* set "search directory" to full path of f1 
* set "containing phrase" to "abc" 
* uncheck "search subdirectory" 
* click "search", all file will be added to list, click "close". 
3.in "batch runner" window, set "change output folder" to full path of f2 
4. click "file rename", done.
