1. ctrl-o open text file 
2. ctrl-h open 'replace' dialogue 
* set 'replace unit' to 'Paragraph' 
* set 'replace with pattern' to: 
 
* click 'advanced' tab, set 'run following at the beginning of replace' to: 
 
* click 'settings' tab, set 'para start' to 'other': 
 
* set 'para end' to 'None' 
3. click 'replace', done.
