Answer:
Hint: You need to Download and install "Replace Pioneer" on windows platform to finish following steps.
First of all, you should know the encoding of text file, and set it from menu "settings->Encoding", then take following steps: 
1. ctrl-o open text file 
2. ctrl-h open 'replace' dialogue 
* set 'search for pattern' to: 
 
* fill nothing in 'replace with pattern'  
3. click 'replace', done. 
 
Note: 
if you need remove any control keys, just set 'search for pattern' to:
