Extract first line from multiple file
Extract all upper case letters from text
Extract only numbers from text, and calculate a summary
Extract all blocks between word 'begin' and 'end'
Procedures to run above functions on single file:
1. Install and launch Replace Pioneer
2. Ctrl-o open source text (ascii) file
3. Select Menu "Replace->Replace by Template->Extracting useful text->(function you need to run)", make change on need if necessary, then click "OK"
4. Click "Replace", ready!
Procedures to run above functions on multiple files:
1. Install and launch Replace Pioneer
2. Select Menu "Replace->Replace by Template->Extracting useful text->(function you need to run)", make change on need if necessary, then click "OK"
3. Click "Batch ..."
4. Drag files from file browser to "Batch Runner" window (version 2.5 and above support drag&drop).
5. Click "Batch Replace", ready!
